1) ALLADVANTAGE
*** This one is by far the best pay-to-surf program.*** If you are only going to sign up for one, this is it. It is currently paying. This one has a tremendous potential. You can use it with Netscape or Internet Explorer. They currently pay \$0.50 per hour for you to surf the web with their viewbar running. You also get paid $0.10 per hour for direct referrals and $0.05 per hour for indirect referrals. The current max hours they pay for surfing the web is 25. This will increase as more members sign up and they receive more advertisers. The viewbar is available for immediate download after you sign up. 2) SPEDIA
This one is also currently paying and the banner program is available for immediate download. There is no limit on the amount of money you can make. They distribute a percentage of the revenues they make from advertisers to the members. They do not say the percentage they pay. They credit your account with what they call ad points and at the end of the month after they get paid by their advertisers they put a value on the points in you account. You earn one ad point for every minute you have your Spedia bar active. They also have a program for Webmasters. They send out checks once a month as long as your account balance is more than \$30 otherwise the balance is carried over to the next month. 3) GOTOWORLD
This one is also currently paying. Get paid \$0.40 per hour to surf the web using the GoToWorld browser. This new browser shows advertisements as your surfing the Internet. You get paid monthly because of this feature. Also make money telling your friends about GoToWorld. UPDATE: You do not have to use the GoToWorld browser to get paid. You still have to download the browser and install it though. Then start the browser and right click on the green dollar sign in the upper right corner and select "show ad-banner only" and the browser will go away. Click the banner below to sign up.

DesktopDollars does not require surfing the web with a browser to get paid. The browser does not have to be running. You just have to be connected to the internet. You can be working with any program on your computer, you just have to have their banner program running. There banner program is called the ProfitZONE. They pay \$0.50 per hour. For your direct referrals $0.10 per hour and $0.02 per hour for your indirect referrals up to 5 levels for a total of 6 levels. You will only be compensated for the hours of your referrals up to the number of hours that you spend with the ProfitZONE on your screen that month. Example: if you spend 15 hours using the ProfitZONE and your referral spends 30 hours you will only be paid for 15 hours of referral time plus your 15 hours. It doesn't stop there. They will also pay you for the time your referrals are displaying the Cash Console. Sharkhunt supplies an Adbar, and you are paid for each minute you have it open. They also have an auction channel, free e-mail, and a cool on-line organizer. 10) UTOPIAD
This one does not have its own browser. You can be use your spreadsheet, word processor, or almost any program with the Cashbar. They payout like Spedia, which is on my second page. Which is quite profitable, last months payout from spedia converted into \$0.54 per hour. They pay you 40% percent of what an advertiser pays them for you to view 1000 ads. You get paid for referrals as follows: level 1 10% level 2 5% level 3 2% and level 4 1%. There release date for the availability of the Cashbar is Sept. 28, 1999. This one looks to have good potential. ValuePay pays you to surf the web like the others. They have a small banner box called the pIggybox. They pay you 50% of what there advertisers pay them to display banners. This can earn you up to \$1 per hour. You can even earn money while playing website games and piggy will notify you of new games. There current max payment per month is $50 but there is no limit on the payments you receive from your referrals. They plan on releasing pIggy in early October to a small group, after which they will schedule a mass release for all members. Be sure to enter poynter as your referrer.
12) ALLCOMMUNITY
Allcommunity pays you to surf the web just like the others. They pay \$0.50 per hour. But they do more. You can get paid to read your e-mail. They send you advertisements to you by e-mail. You can also get paid when you or your referrals shop. If you need an internet service provider they have one and if you use it you can get paid just for logging on. The only one I signed up for was the surfing web. No release date for the banner program. You are placed on a waiting list. I am not sure how this one works. You can sign up. They will pay you \$.40 for every 1000 ads you view, for every person you refer they will pay you $.10 for every 1000 ads your referrals view, and for every person your referral refers up to four levels deep you will receive $.05 for every 1000 ads they view.

The program is run from their server. Each time you come on Ignifuge.com and the tracker is active, you will get paid. They state that you can use any other ad program with theirs. They pay you \$0.50 for every 10 visits to the web page, direct referrals $0.20 for every 10 visits, indirect referrals 1 - 3 $0.10 for every 10 visits. This is a unique program. It's a cool site that lets anyone with an account accept credit cards. The person who wants to pay registers with Pay Pal and "beams" money to another person with an account. The receiver can then cash out and receive the money or "beam" it to someone else. It's a great idea. What's better is that they give you \$10 just to sign up. They also give you $10 per referral. It works and is great for online auction patments!
34) RADIO FREE CASH
Very Cool Idea! Get paid to listen to the radio! They pay \$.20 for every hour you listen each month up to 100 hours. Also, they pay you for referrals according to the following schedule: $.08 per hour for each hour any person you refer listens and $.04 per hour for the 2nd thru 4th generation of referrals! They start paying in April, but sign up now to get your referrals built up!

With this program, you get paid simply for allowing a personal window to appear on your screen. They pay 50% of the amount we charge advertisers for the ads that you view. For each partner you directly refer to ClickDough, they'll pay you an additional 20% of the amount they earn. For each partner they refer, you get another 10%. And for each partner those partners refer, you get another 5%, all the way through eight levels of referrals! To do this effectively, you really need to have your own site and promote it.
